In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end supply chain performance supporting highly complex, fast-scaling infrastructure deployments. You will drive procurement strategy, material planning, and logistics execution across global supplier networks, ensuring seamless flow of materials from vendors to production and deployment sites. This position sits at the intersection of operations, engineering, and supplier management, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will play a critical role in ensuring materials availability, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery for new product launches and ongoing operations. Working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners across multiple regions. Accountabilities:- Lead end-to-end supply chain planning and execution, including procurement strategy, material planning, and S&OP processes to support production and launch requirements.
- Ensure material availability by coordinating forecasts, supplier capacity, and demand planning while proactively resolving bottlenecks and supply constraints.
- Manage procurement and supplier relationships, including sourcing, negotiations, onboarding, performance tracking, and risk mitigation.
- Oversee logistics and transportation operations, optimizing inbound and outbound freight, routing, and cost efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate closely with suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, program management, and quality teams to align supply chain execution with business needs.
- Develop and maintain supply chain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to monitor performance, costs, and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, logistics, and supply chain workflows using digital tools and analytics.
- Support remote and in-person problem-solving sessions to address operational risks, supply disruptions, and execution challenges.
- Travel as needed (approximately 25–30%) to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, and operational locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management roles.
- Strong experience managing procurement processes, supplier relationships, and transportation/logistics operations.
- Proven ability to optimize global supply chains, improve material flow, and manage cost and performance KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting tools, and tracking operational performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional, and global environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, evolving operational settings.
- Experience with supply chain risk management, forecasting, and demand planning is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a bias toward action and execution.
