We are seeking a seasoned Supervisory Program Manager with 10+ years of program management experience and a strong understanding of federal finance and accounting principles. This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage complex programs, ensure compliance with federal regulations, and oversee a team of professionals. Responsibilities:
  • . Program Leadership and Oversight
  • Lead and oversee multiple programs to achieve strategic objectives and deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Establish program goals, milestones, and performance metrics.
  • Monitor program performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • 2. Team Supervision and Development
  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of program managers and support staff.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff.
  • 3. Federal Finance and Accounting Management
  • Ensure program compliance with federal financial regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with financial analysts to develop budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports.
  • Support audits and reviews, providing documentation and addressing findings as needed.
  • 4. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as the primary liaison with federal agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to align program goals with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present program updates and performance reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • 5. Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

$150,000 - $180,000 a year
