This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Supervisor, HR Service Center in the United States.

This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced HR Shared Services environment, where you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-quality employee support across benefits, payroll, HR policies, and general HR inquiries. You will act as both an operational leader and escalation point, ensuring complex employee issues are resolved with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. The position blends people leadership with hands-on problem solving, requiring strong judgment in managing sensitive and high-impact HR matters. You will oversee daily workflows, optimize service delivery, and ensure performance standards are consistently met. In addition, you will play a key role in interpreting HR policies and translating them into effective frontline execution. Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex or sensitive employee inquiries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Supervise and coach HR Specialists and Consultants to improve service quality, customer experience, and policy compliance across all HR service areas.
  • Manage daily workload distribution, staffing adjustments, and prioritization of incoming requests to maintain service level agreements.
  • Monitor team performance metrics, including quality, accuracy, and employee satisfaction scores, and implement corrective actions and coaching when needed.
  • Analyze employee feedback and service trends to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous enhancement of HR processes and tools.
  • Support the interpretation and operational execution of HR programs and policies across local, regional, and national levels.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in HR Shared Services, HR operations, employee relations, or a similar HR service environment.
  • Prior experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring team members in a service-driven or operational setting.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage escalations and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support employees and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with HR systems and service tools; familiarity with workforce metrics and reporting is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
