They stay close to day-to-day production and provide immediate support with file-level tasks escalations, and associate needs. They own duties where attention to detail and identifying trends will be critical to drive a great employee experience and operational efficiency. They are developing their coaching, team-building, people management, and leadership skills. Role Description <ul><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">Directly supervises a team of individual contributor associates. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Performs duties related to people management (timecard approvals, performance management, etc). </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Oversees day-to-day workflows, supports with file-level interventions; and provides individual support on files. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Monitors the queues and assesses for any risks, stepping in to cover any anticipated gaps or failures in workflow.   </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Executes operational improvements quickly and efficiently based on performance metrics. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Provides consistent production-level updates to Senior Supervisor and Manager. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Supports with file-level escalations and provides updates to appropriate leadership.  </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Accountable for the achievement of performance goals for their direct reports. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Conducts regular 1:1s with their direct reports. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Provides coaching and individualized support to team members. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Is a critical stakeholder in recruiting and hiring top level talent; works closely with the recruiting team to provide a seamless candidate experience that represents the values of the company. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Fosters a team experience that manifests the company's cultural values. </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="2" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">Is a voice and advocate for the company culture; strives to create a great place to work for all employees. </li></ul>Job Requirements <ul><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">2-5 years experience within national escrow closing functions</li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">1+ years experience in a management role </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Mastery of a title production system – Resware preferred </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Excellent phone, email, and face-to-face communication skills </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Excellent teamwork skills; works well with all colleagues across multiple areas of the business </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Data-driven experience interpreting performance dashboards </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Experience executing operational improvements based on performance metrics </li><li data-leveltext="" data-font="Symbol" data-listid="3" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Comfort with continuous professional development;
