  • Help identify content gaps or emerging training needs based on operational and regulatory developments
  • Review existing training content for relevance, accuracy, and clarity, proposing updates as needed
  • Tailor training content by incorporating operator-specific procedures through review of the customer’s operations manuals, authorizations, and related documentation; ensure training topics reflect the operator’s actual practices and regulatory approvals.

What you'll need

    • Part 135 (Charter)
    • Part 91 (Corporate/Private)

    • International Regulations (Transport Canada, EASA, etc.)
  • Strong familiarity with applicable FAA regulations, manuals, and operational standards
  • Recent or prior operational experience as a pilot, mechanic, safety officer, or aviation manager
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in written format
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in aviation training or course development
  • Knowledge of IS-BAO, SMS, or other aviation safety frameworks
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Contract terms

  • Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
  • Compensation: Based on scope and experience
  • Hours: Flexible, project-based assignments
  • Location: Remote (U.S. or Canada preferred)
