<p>The Analyst supports operations of the Subcontract Management & Procurement (SM&P) Shared Services is responsible for performing transactional functions supporting third party services. This will involve working in various systems with an emphasize on first time accuracy, meeting deadlines, and completing tasks within established parameters. </p><p>Hours per week: 40 – 45 hours</p><p><strong>The Work:</strong></p><ul><li>Report directly to a team lead and work in a team environment. This individual will be working with existing processes, procedures, and templates. Use SM&P templates to compile and/or create compliance documentation dictated by federal regulation for the purchase control record (i.e. SAM.gov check, reps and certs, subcontract task orders and modifications, etc.). </li><li>Manage queue of work to meet SLAs.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications are important for daily tasks and engagement. </li><li>Responsible for completing tasks within certain time objectives and working with internal teams members and external suppliers for task completion. </li><li>Individual will cultivate solid business relationships to achieve business objectives.
