<hr><p><strong>JOB TITLE:&nbsp; </strong>UX Design Principal&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking for a&nbsp;<strong>UX professional</strong>&nbsp;with deep capabilities in&nbsp;<strong>user research, design thinking, rapid prototyping, and visual design</strong>, with strong proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Figma</strong>. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end user experience activities—from discovery and insights generation to prototyping and supporting implementation with developers and product managers. This role requires a balance of analytical research skills, creative design craft, and collaborative execution.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>UX Research</strong></p><ul><li>Plan and execute&nbsp;<strong>qualitative and quantitative research</strong>&nbsp;methods including interviews, usability testing, diary studies, A/B tests, heuristic evaluations, and surveys.</li><li>Synthesize research findings into&nbsp;<strong>insights, personas, journey maps, and design recommendations</strong>.</li><li>Advocate for user-centered decision-making and ensure insights directly influence product strategy.</li></ul><p><strong>Design Thinking &amp; Problem Framing</strong></p><ul><li>Facilitate and contribute to&nbsp;<strong>design thinking workshops</strong>, ideation sessions, and cross-functional problem-solving activities.</li><li>Translate complex or ambiguous challenges into structured frameworks such as&nbsp;<strong>user journeys, opportunity maps, and concept models</strong>.</li><li>Communicate problem framing and solution rationale clearly to diverse stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>UX Prototyping &amp; Visual Design</strong></p><ul><li>Create&nbsp;<strong>wireframes, interaction flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual UI designs</strong>&nbsp;using Figma as the primary tool.</li><li>Rapidly iterate prototypes to validate user needs and test usability early in the development lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure visual designs follow branding guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design-system principles.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration With Product &amp; Engineering</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with product managers to define user needs, business goals, feature requirements, and success metrics.</li><li>Partner with engineering teams to translate designs into&nbsp;<strong>implementable specifications</strong>, provide design documentation, and support during development.</li><li>Perform&nbsp;<strong>design QA</strong>&nbsp;to ensure the final product matches the intended user experience and visual quality.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>5–7 years of experience in&nbsp;<strong>UX research, UX design, or interaction design</strong>&nbsp;(adjustable by level).</li><li>Strong proficiency in&nbsp;<strong>Figma</strong>&nbsp;for wireframing, prototypes, design systems, and UI design.</li><li>Demonstrated experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions.</li><li>Solid command of interaction design principles, visual hierarchy, responsive design, and usability principles.</li><li>Experience working in&nbsp;<strong>Agile</strong>&nbsp;and collaborating with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional partners.</li><li>Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present concepts at varying levels of fidelity.</li></ul>
