This role sits at the heart of the product delivery engine, connecting strategy to execution across a complex, cross-functional environment. You will drive operational excellence by structuring product planning, improving feedback loops, and ensuring seamless alignment between product, engineering, and go-to-market teams. With strong visibility across the product lifecycle, you will help teams move faster, communicate more clearly, and make better data-informed decisions. The position offers a unique opportunity to influence how products are planned, launched, and scaled. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, you will enable product leaders to focus on outcomes while you optimize the systems behind them. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on structure, clarity, and continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and orchestrate quarterly product planning processes, ensuring alignment between product management, engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain roadmap standards, governance frameworks, and review cadences to ensure clear, consistent visibility across the organization.
  • Centralize customer, field, and internal feedback, transforming inputs into actionable insights that inform prioritization and roadmap decisions.
  • Coordinate go-to-market launch operations by tracking readiness, milestones, and deliverables for major product releases.
  • Develop and maintain product operations playbooks, templates, and documentation to standardize best practices.
  • Enable and onboard product teams on planning, intake, tracking, and cross-functional collaboration processes.
  • Monitor operational health through reporting on roadmap confidence, planning effectiveness, feedback cycles, and launch status.
  • Proactively surface risks, blockers, and opportunities to product and executive leadership.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Program Management, or Strategic Operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of modern product development methodologies, including Agile and quarterly planning cycles.
  • Proven experience supporting cross-functional product launches and full product lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
  • Proficiency with product and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product discovery platforms, as well as analytics or reporting tools.
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range, approximately $132,000 to $198,000, depending on location, experience, and skills.
  • Flexible remote work model supporting work-life balance.
  • Comprehensive health and life insurance coverage.
  • Generous paid time off and leave policies.
  • Access to professional development programs, mentoring, and career growth opportunities.
  • Inclusive, collaborative culture within a global and innovative organization.
