As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth initiatives and building high-value relationships across global markets. You will work directly with senior leadership to source, structure, and support partnerships with top studios, while contributing to corporate development projects including M&A and strategic investments. The role offers exposure to high-stakes decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and market intelligence gathering in a fast-paced, international environment. You will help shape the company’s strategic roadmap while developing your expertise in business development, corporate strategy, and venture initiatives. This position is ideal for ambitious, analytical, and entrepreneurial professionals who want to accelerate their career in the gaming or tech ecosystem.

Accountabilities

  • Support sourcing, onboarding, and management of strategic partnerships with leading studios and partners.
  • Assist in structuring partnership proposals, including financial modeling, presentations, and performance tracking.
  • Contribute to M&A and strategic investment opportunities through market mapping, benchmarking, and financial analysis.
  • Prepare Board-level materials, investment memos, and deal documentation to inform strategic decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends across gaming, adtech, and entertainment to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UA, Finance, and Data teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Develop frameworks and reporting tools to increase visibility on partnerships and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, strategy, or a high-stakes business development role.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills, able to build financial models and pitch strategic initiatives convincingly.
  • Passion for gaming, media, or technology with a desire to shape industry outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear, persuasive, and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders or founders.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, ambitious, and solution-oriented, able to operate with autonomy.
  • Intellectual curiosity and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work across global teams and navigate multicultural business contexts.
