This senior strategic leadership role focuses on defining and scaling a global partner ecosystem that drives significant revenue growth and long-term business impact. You will be responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of key ERP and ISV partnerships, with a strong emphasis on global alignment, executive engagement, and joint go-to-market initiatives. The role operates at the intersection of strategy, revenue, and product innovation, requiring close collaboration across Sales, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership teams. You will translate ecosystem opportunities into structured growth plans that accelerate ARR and strengthen long-term partner relationships. This is a high-visibility position where your decisions directly influence global partner performance and company-wide growth strategy. Accountabilities:- Define and lead the global strategy for key ERP and ISV partner ecosystems, ensuring alignment with long-term revenue and growth objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-year go-to-market plans with strategic partners, including joint business planning and executive engagement frameworks.
- Build and manage senior-level relationships with global partners, elevating collaboration to executive stakeholders and driving strategic alignment.
- Identify ecosystem opportunities and risks, and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve performance and growth outcomes.
- Create data-driven investment cases, performance frameworks, and reporting structures to optimize partner programs and economics.
- Drive alignment across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure consistent execution of partner strategies.
- Support the development of integrated product and commercialization roadmaps in collaboration with key ecosystem partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics, ensuring measurable impact on ARR growth and business objectives.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in strategic partnerships, ecosystem development, or alliance management within a global SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage executive-level relationships with ERP, ISV, or major platform partners.
- Experience working with Microsoft ecosystems, including Azure Marketplace and Microsoft Dynamics, is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through partner-led or ecosystem-driven strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex ecosystem dynamics into structured business plans.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations with cross-functional alignment responsibilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to use data, insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills at senior executive levels.
- Ability to lead with a data-driven and AI-enhanced approach to planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
