Strategic Operations Lead, Office of the CEO

• Support the Office of the CEO in translating company strategy into clear, structured, and visually compelling executive materials.
• Design and develop high-impact presentations, dashboards, and board-ready materials that simplify complex data and narratives.
• Draft executive communications, including talking points and scripts for town halls, all-hands, and leadership events.
• Partner with the Chief of Staff to prepare and execute executive forums, ensuring agendas, materials, and run-of-show are fully aligned.
• Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely follow-up and execution across stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry, technology, HR, and learning trends to support strategic discussions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather inputs, align messaging, and drive completion of executive-level deliverables.
• Continuously improve storytelling, communication frameworks, and operational processes within the executive office.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in executive operations, strategy, management consulting, business operations, or Chief of Staff support roles.
• Strong expertise in information design and the ability to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with experience crafting executive-level materials and presentations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in high-pressure environments.
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership and handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with technology concepts and the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments with a high degree of ambiguity.
