This role offers a high-impact opportunity to drive growth and innovation within the healthcare ecosystem. As a Strategic Health Plan Sales Executive, you will lead new business development across a national territory, targeting regional health plans and translating complex platform capabilities into measurable financial and operational results. You will engage senior executives, shape go-to-market strategies, and influence product evolution while navigating multi-stakeholder, enterprise-level sales cycles. Success in this role requires a data-driven, consultative approach, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create tailored business cases that demonstrate ROI and impact. You will work closely with internal teams, including marketing, solution consulting, and leadership, to deliver value-driven solutions while contributing to overall organizational growth. This position blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Build and execute a territory plan including whitespace analysis, target selection, and account prioritization.
  • Develop account plans with clear objectives, relationship maps, competitive positioning, and action plans to drive new logo acquisition.
  • Prospect and qualify leads through multichannel outreach including executive networking, events, social channels, referrals, and ABM strategies.
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery to close, including business case development, solution alignment, RFP/procurement navigation, and negotiation.
  • Conduct executive-level discovery to align affordability, quality, and provider performance priorities with platform capabilities.
  • Prepare tailored ROI and business cases, orchestrating solution demos with internal teams.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with multiple payer stakeholders and provide structured market feedback to product and leadership teams.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; MBA or graduate coursework is a plus.
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience with a hunter focus and proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Advanced knowledge of US payer operations, reimbursement models, value-based care, and APMs.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex solutions to US health plans through multi-month, cross-functional sales cycles.
  • Strong executive communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (C-suite ready).
  • Data-driven, consultative sales approach with the ability to craft and defend ROI and business cases.
  • Proficiency with CRM, sales enablement platforms, and AI-assisted prospecting/workflow tools.
  • High resilience, adaptability, and collaboration skills to work effectively across internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and operate in a hybrid remote + in-person environment.
