In this high-impact commercial role, you will take ownership of one of the most strategic distributor relationships, driving end-to-end business performance across revenue, growth, and partner activation. You will act as the central orchestrator across sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, translating strategic priorities into clear, executable plans. The role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a focus on accelerating pipeline, improving transactional velocity, and maximizing partner productivity. Operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, you will influence without authority while ensuring disciplined execution and accountability. Your work will directly shape revenue growth, partner ecosystem expansion, and market performance across North America. This is a highly visible role where your ability to drive outcomes and mobilize stakeholders will be critical.


Accountabilities:
  • Own end-to-end performance of a strategic distribution partner, including revenue, growth, and activation across the portfolio
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the distributor, building strong relationships while ensuring accountability for business outcomes
  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership, timelines, and execution frameworks
  • Drive pipeline development, deal progression, and continuous improvement of transactional velocity
  • Monitor performance metrics and proactively identify and close gaps through data-driven actions
  • Lead regular business reviews focused on performance tracking, insights, and corrective actions
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and business units to remove barriers and accelerate execution
  • Expand partner engagement and share of wallet through targeted initiatives and scalable growth motions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, channel management, or partner business roles
  • Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes in complex, matrixed environments
  • Strong experience managing strategic distributor or enterprise-level partner relationships
  • Deep understanding of channel and distribution business models
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with strong business judgment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive behavioral change across organizations
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel up to 30–50%
