This role sits at the intersection of carrier operations, sales support, and strategic partner management within a fast-paced technology distribution environment. You will play a key role in enabling successful pre- and post-sales execution by coordinating pricing, contracts, orders, and implementation milestones with major carrier partners. Acting as a critical link between internal teams, Trusted Advisors, and external providers, you will ensure seamless delivery of complex telecom and technology solutions. The position requires strong operational discipline, deep carrier expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with precision. You will also contribute to process improvements and internal training initiatives that enhance efficiency and scalability. This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail, communication, and carrier knowledge directly impact business success and partner satisfaction.
Accountabilities- Support end-to-end carrier sales operations, including solution identification, pricing procurement, contract generation, order placement, and implementation tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to identify process improvements that increase efficiency and enhance partner value delivery.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for designated carriers, ensuring accurate knowledge sharing and alignment across teams.
- Act as a first point of escalation for carrier-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong partner relationships.
- Maintain and update carrier documentation, tools, and internal training materials to support operational consistency.
- Conduct internal training sessions on carrier processes, products, and system updates.
- Participate in regular carrier meetings and ensure effective communication of updates across the organization and partner network.
- Ensure all opportunities align with customer needs while supporting revenue growth and business development objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the telecom, carrier services, or related technology distribution industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding performance goals in a carrier or partner support role.
- Strong expertise in carrier products, pricing structures, order processes, and implementation workflows.
- Advanced experience using complex carrier portals for pricing, ordering, and service management.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads while consistently meeting SLAs and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage escalations effectively.
