This role focuses on developing and expanding strategic partner relationships by transforming early-stage or underdeveloped partnerships into high-performing, revenue-generating ecosystems. You will act as both a relationship builder and commercial driver, responsible for identifying growth opportunities, strengthening partner engagement, and accelerating joint go-to-market execution. Operating in a remote, fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and partner teams to maximize ecosystem impact. The position requires strong external-facing engagement, including regular partner meetings and presentations, as well as strategic planning to align mutual business objectives. You will play a key role in shaping partner performance through structured pipeline management and execution discipline. This is a highly visible role with direct influence on revenue growth and long-term alliance success.
Accountabilities:- Develop and execute tailored partner business plans to drive alignment, execution, and revenue growth across strategic alliances.
- Manage and forecast partner-driven sales pipelines, ensuring visibility into performance and progress toward targets.
- Present value propositions to partner organizations across multiple levels, including senior leadership and sales teams.
- Track, analyze, and report partner performance, pipeline health, and key activity metrics on a regular basis.
- Lead and participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with partner leadership to evaluate progress and align on priorities.
- Support partner marketing initiatives, including co-marketing programs such as webinars, events, campaigns, and joint promotions.
- Maintain accurate partner data, contacts, and activity tracking within CRM and related systems.
Requirements:
- 5–7+ years of experience in channel development, business development, or strategic alliances, ideally within SMB or partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build and grow revenue through partner networks and multi-stakeholder engagement.
- Strong understanding of ecosystem selling and collaborative deal execution across internal and external teams.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both in-person and virtually.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Self-starter mindset with strong initiative, adaptability, and results-driven execution.
- Experience with the QuickBooks or Intuit ecosystem is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira or Atlassian is an advantage.
