We are headquartered in Palo Alto, CA with a distributed team working across the globe.</span></p><p><strong>About Our Strategy &amp; Operations Team</strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Customer Value team at Databook is composed of two functions: Strategy &amp; Operations (“S&amp;O”) and Value Architecture. Our S&amp;O organization functions as the face of Databook for our end-clients across the globe. We act as strategic partners to help drive transformation in our customers’ sales organizations and align Databook usage across their sales cycle to drive increased pipeline, higher close rates and larger deal sizes. We are a team of individuals passionate about building an exceptional customer experience and bring enthusiasm for all things analytics, process and operations.&nbsp;</span></p><p><strong>The Opportunity</strong></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We’re looking for a Customer Strategy Manager to drive customer retention and account growth through Databook’s industry-changing solutions, which is proven to help our clients achieve their strategic sales goals. You’ll work directly with our customers - sales leaders at some of the largest and fastest-growing technology and consulting companies in the world. If you are passionate about driving excellence in customer value and&nbsp; building strong relationships, as well as excited about the chance to help scale a fast-growing business, then this is the role for you!&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Specifically, you will:</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Directly collaborate with customers to ensure they are receiving the benefits from Databook's software through supporting strategic sales transformation at enterprise SaaS companies</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze platform analytics to help clients understand how Databook is impacting their sales pipeline while strategizing on how to increase usage maturity on the platform</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Meet regularly with clients’ sales, sales operations and sales enablement leaders to gain insight into business objectives and align on Databook’s positioning to support those goals</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with internal Databook stakeholders to achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes consistently and on time</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to Customer Strategy team growth and scalability through ongoing internal Databook projects and initiatives</span></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of experience in a Customer Success and/or strategy consulting role</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience owning and managing executive-level relationships with clients/customers</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Background in account management preferred, or other role that included customer-facing project management ownership</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to create and deliver compelling presentations to senior business audiences</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Positive, collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to succeed in any task</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically and who likes working in an agile, ever-changing business environment.&nbsp;</span></li></ul><p><em><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ideal candidates will also have:</span></em></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)or significant degree of financial acumen</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience working in a fast-faced, startup environment</span></li></ul><p><strong><em>Join us!
