In this role, you will drive enterprise growth across the Northern region by managing strategic accounts and enabling customers to adopt and expand AI-driven DevSecOps solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding organizations through complex digital transformations while ensuring measurable business outcomes. This position involves building long-term partnerships, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and developing repeatable sales strategies that increase revenue and adoption. You will navigate multi-stakeholder environments, influence decision-making, and deliver consistent results while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Success in this role requires a consultative approach, deep market knowledge, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Accountabilities:
  • Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts across the Northern region, acting as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including discovery, solution design, negotiation, and successful implementation of AI-powered DevSecOps solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, and Channel & Alliance partners to deliver integrated, customer-centric solutions.
  • Develop and execute account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder engagement, and multi-threaded account strategies.
  • Drive pipeline generation, forecast accurately, and report on account health and deal progress.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to position solutions effectively.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and business recommendations that demonstrate value and foster long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise accounts, ideally in DevSecOps, software development, or SaaS solutions.
  • Established network and understanding of enterprise accounts in the Northern United States, with the ability to build trusted executive-level relationships.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, with a track record of expanding existing accounts and acquiring new business.
  • Experience collaborating with channel or strategic partners to generate pipeline and support adoption.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop account strategies, prioritize opportunities, and execute long-term growth plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms, with flexibility to travel as needed.
