In this role, you will drive enterprise sales by owning the full cycle of strategic accounts, from prospecting and discovery to closing and expansion. You will engage with C-suite executives, present business cases, and demonstrate the value of complex solutions that transform operations and drive ROI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, legal, and implementation, to deliver a seamless client experience. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise adoption, guide organizational change, and mentor junior team members. Your contributions will directly impact revenue growth, market presence, and customer success. This is a high-impact role for a consultative and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Accountabilities:
  • Manage and close complex enterprise sales cycles, including prospecting, discovery, contract negotiation, and new logo acquisition.
  • Deliver compelling executive-level presentations, business cases, and ROI-focused solution proposals.
  • Maintain accurate, insight-driven forecasts and CRM hygiene to track pipeline and sales performance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on digital and operational transformation, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional account teams, coordinating with Marketing, Sales Development, Solution Consultants, Legal, Security, and Implementation.
  • Navigate complex procurement, compliance, and security processes in collaboration with internal teams and enterprise clients.
  • Capture and communicate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to leadership for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and support junior account executives, sharing best practices and contributing to team enablement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of successful full-cycle SaaS enterprise sales experience, including new business acquisition and large deal execution.
  • Proven track record of selling to Fortune 1000/Global 5000 organizations and engaging with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Expertise in consultative, solution-based sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Question-Based Selling.
  • Strong executive presence, business acumen, and ability to translate technical solutions into compelling value stories.
  • Experience managing multiple sales processes and pipelines while consistently meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; comfortable leading high-stakes executive meetings and product demos.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and modern SaaS sales technology stacks.
  • Bonus: Experience in work management, project management, or relevant B2B SaaS markets (Marketing, Professional Services, Manufacturing, Engineering).
