We are looking for an experienced marketing pro to join our team and work closely with our sales teams. You will use your marketing expertise to leverage market events and other drivers to create compelling messaging and campaigns that drive buyers to action. You’ll also equip our sales team with timely information and messaging that will help achieve sales goals.

Essential Job Duties
  • Be the central point person to work cross-functionally to proactively gather state compelling events.
  • Assess events and actions for their newsworthiness and attraction to our target buyers.
  • Determine prospect segments to pursue.
  • Develop campaign plans, content and messaging that resonates with target buyers and enable sales with the content and messaging they need to drive urgency with buyers.
  • Partner with others in marketing and leverage a mix of channels to maximize results.
  • Inform and train sales on market changes, and how to leverage campaign assets and position the, on sales calls.
  • Measure results of campaign efforts. Learn, iterate and improve over time.

Travel Requirements
  • Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel


Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.
  • 3+ years of marketing experience and at least 1 year of B2B SaaS marketing experience in a demand gen or growth marketing area of focus. 
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot (or other marketing automation platform).
  • Prior experience developing messaging and creating digital assets, including as emails and landing pages.
  • Ability to think critically and work collaboratively across all teams and areas of the business to provide sales with the resources they need to be successful.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, project and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and speaking.
  • A collaborative mindset – you love working with your fellow marketers and sales teams and incorporating relevant feedback.
  • An owner mentality – you take complete ownership of your tasks and champion efforts to get them to successful completion.
  • Flexibility and adaptability – you are calm and effective under pressure and can pivot quickly. You excel at prioritization and proper evaluation of situational urgency.
  • Focus and drive – you know what matters and apply yourself with a growth mindset, continuously exploring how much you can learn and improve.


The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $80,000 - $90,000 not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
