As part of this role, you will:

• Join a collaborative, driven and kind product engineering team that is devoted to our customers (i.e., cities and municipalities that are dedicated to protecting public health).
• Own and drive feature development work from design to deployment.
• Shape our process and our future; we’re growing as a team but we’re also evolving how we work together.
• Partner with product and design to develop intuitive, natural solutions to complex regulatory processes in an effort to keep drinking water safe. Our product team is filled with industry expertise. Part of our work is to help create the products they want for themselves!

The ideal candidate for the role:

• Has 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on building scalable, multi-tenant solutions that makes our customers happy. Fewer years of experience is okay — but tell us why you will succeed here!
• Go, Postgres, React and Google Cloud Platform is our stack, but we value development experience over historical knowledge with these tools.
• Understands and is willing to make tradeoffs when designing and deploying solutions to the everyday problems encountered by regulatory professionals.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with peers and partners in sales, marketing and customer success.
