In this role, you will lead product strategy and roadmap development for enterprise security and developer-focused products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends. You will influence cross-functional teams, from engineering to design, applied sciences, and go-to-market, driving secure, AI-powered developer experiences. The role involves understanding complex scenarios, identifying unmet needs, and defining long-term investment opportunities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will engage with early adopters and executive audiences to gather feedback, communicate priorities, and evangelize the product vision. This position combines strategic thinking, technical insight, and leadership to deliver measurable impact across security and developer tools. Candidates should have a proven track record in product management, application security, and delivering AI-driven solutions.

Accountabilities:
• Define and own the product vision and long-term strategy for security-focused developer tools.
• Identify and prioritize customer needs by integrating feedback, telemetry, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and applied sciences to deliver developer-first security experiences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise customers and senior leadership, to build alignment and evangelize the roadmap.
• Conduct scenario walkthroughs and design reviews to anticipate adoption challenges and system friction.
• Apply metrics-driven decision-making to measure impact and inform product investment priorities.
• Communicate roadmap priorities, progress, and outcomes to cross-functional teams and go-to-market partners.

Requirements

 • 8+ years of experience in product, program, or project management, software development, or related fields (or Bachelor’s degree + 6+ years, or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years experience in application security, developer tools, or AI-driven products.
• 2+ years experience managing distributed product management teams.
• Proven ability to deliver product vision and roadmap to executive audiences.
• Deep understanding of application security practices and developer experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in AI-driven software development and security solutions.
• Strong experience influencing across large organizations and working with enterprise customers and partners.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, finance, sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and public speaking skills.
• Passion for secure software development, open-source, and developer productivity.
