This role offers the opportunity to define the future of advertising safety and integrity within a large-scale digital platform. You will lead product strategy for systems that protect users, advertisers, and the broader ecosystem from fraud, abuse, and policy violations. Working at the intersection of advertising, automation, compliance, and platform security, you will shape solutions that balance business growth with trust and safety. You will collaborate with engineering, legal, policy, operations, sales, and product teams to build scalable products and workflows. This position is ideal for a strategic product leader who thrives in complex environments and can turn ambiguous challenges into clear, impactful product direction. You will have the opportunity to influence high-impact initiatives while helping create safer and more trusted online experiences.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ads Trust and Safety, including ad review systems, fraud prevention, advertiser trust, and platform integrity initiatives.
  • Build scalable solutions that balance advertiser experience, user protection, operational efficiency, business objectives, and evolving regulatory requirements.
  • Partner closely with engineering, policy, legal, operations, sales, product marketing, and other product teams to align stakeholders and deliver long-term solutions.
  • Translate advertiser challenges, safety risks, and operational inefficiencies into clear product requirements, measurable goals, and impactful outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, decision quality, enforcement consistency, and operational workflows through technology and data-driven solutions.
  • Lead complex product initiatives from strategy through execution, managing priorities and trade-offs in ambiguous and rapidly evolving environments.
  • Develop systems that incorporate automation, machine learning, human review processes, and feedback loops to strengthen trust and safety capabilities.
  • Use data, insights, and performance metrics to evaluate product effectiveness and continuously improve platform integrity.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of product management experience with a demonstrated ability to own and scale complex, cross-functional product areas.
  • Strong experience building products related to digital advertising, advertiser workflows, ad policy, trust and safety, fraud prevention, abuse detection, risk systems, compliance, or platform integrity.
  • Advanced systems-thinking skills with the ability to understand connections between user experience, technical architecture, operational processes, data systems, and policy frameworks.
  • Experience developing products that combine automation, human decision-making, machine learning, or AI-assisted workflows.
  • Proven ability to take ambiguous product challenges from initial concept through strategy, execution, and measurable business impact.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using metrics and data to guide product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams without direct authority and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Strategic product leadership skills with strong judgment and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive base salary range of $217,000 – $303,900 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Equity opportunities through restricted stock units.
  • 100% remote work opportunity, with optional hybrid/onsite locations available in select cities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Workplace perks, including home office setup support.
  • Employer-matched 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Flexible vacation policy.
  • Paid parental leave of 4+ months.
  • Family planning support.
  • Paid volunteer time off.
  • Opportunities to work on impactful products serving a global community.
