We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of back-end ad delivery systems. This role offers the opportunity to influence products that reach millions of users, translating complex technical challenges into measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, design, and analytics to deliver innovative ad experiences. The role demands a balance of strategic thinking, operational execution, and a deep understanding of machine learning and ad marketplaces. You will help shape the roadmap, define success metrics, and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for both users and advertisers. This position offers a dynamic, collaborative environment with visible impact on the product and user experience.
· Own key components of back-end ad delivery systems such as retrieval, ranking, pacing/budgeting, auction/bidding, and quality/diversity guardrails.
· Translate complex problem statements into clear business and technical requirements, creating and maintaining BRDs, PRDs, and epics.
· Develop, prioritize, and manage a roadmap and requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams and measurable outcomes.
· Partner with engineering, ML, data analytics, design, and research teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
· Collaborate with PMM, sales, and policy teams to ensure successful launches, GTM alignment, and feedback integration.
· Define success metrics, track adoption, analyze outcomes, and iterate on features to continuously improve the ad experience.
Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Program Management, Product Marketing, Operations, or related roles.
· Strong ability to define and execute on back-end product strategies in ambiguous environments.
· Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders.
· Deep understanding of business metrics and trade-offs in online marketplaces.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
· Preferred but not required: experience with ad marketplaces, ad formats, ad delivery systems, and marketplace experimentation.
· Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with strong user empathy and attention to detail.
