In this role, you will lead the design of high-impact consumer-facing digital experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and business growth. You will work closely with product, engineering, QA, and data teams in an agile environment to craft intuitive, trustworthy, and optimized user journeys. Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end design for acquisition and partner experiences, from discovery to production-ready specifications.
  • Define and optimize user journeys to attract, engage, and convert consumers.
  • Collaborate with product and data teams to identify opportunities, form hypotheses, and design measurable experiments.
  • Conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to ensure efficiency and consistency across products.
  • Advocate for user-centered design while aligning with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience designing and shipping consumer-facing web products in agile, cross-functional environments.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable business impact using experimentation, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
  • Deep understanding of user psychology, funnel metrics, behavioral analytics, and conversion-focused design.
  • Strong UX judgment with the ability to balance creativity, usability, and efficient development implementation.
  • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma), responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
  • High energy, strong work ethic, and experience contributing to fast-paced, iterative design processes.
  • Nice to have: experience with experimentation frameworks, UX research, financial services, or scalable component design.
