  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on complex employee relations, change management, and workforce decisions
  • Drive leadership development and enhance people manager effectiveness across multiple teams and geographies
  • Use data, analytics, and HR insights to influence strategic decisions and measure the impact of people initiatives
  • Act as a change agent during transformation programs, supporting adoption of new operating models and practices
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to co-create and implement scalable, business-aligned HR solutions
  • Support fair, consistent, and strategic application of total rewards and HR policies

Requirements

This role requires deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations. You should bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred (MBA/MA in HR)
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as an HR Business Partner in large, global organizations
  • Proven track record in organizational design, leadership development, and enterprise talent strategy
  • Strong experience navigating complex, matrixed environments and driving change across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and executive stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable HR strategies
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, digital tools, and modern HR technologies (including AI-enabled solutions preferred)
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range approximately $112,100 – $175,400 annually, based on experience and location
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility tied to individual and company results
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage
