Staff Frontend Engineer

Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex frontend initiatives, collaborating across multiple teams to build scalable and impactful user experiences.
Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, guiding implementation strategies, and establishing best practices across the frontend ecosystem.
Contribute actively to the codebase, setting high standards for code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Partner with product managers and designers to create intuitive, polished, and user-focused interfaces.
Improve system performance, reliability, and scalability across the web platform.
Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical coaching.
Drive alignment on technical decisions and help solve the most critical engineering challenges.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in frontend engineering, with a strong foundation in rendering, state management, performance optimization, and testing strategies.
Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and influence engineering practices across teams.
Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript; familiarity with tools like GraphQL or cloud platforms is a plus.
Experience building and scaling high-traffic consumer-facing platforms with millions of users.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make pragmatic technical decisions, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
Demonstrated mentorship skills and a track record of elevating team performance and code quality.
Strong product mindset with attention to detail, user experience, and interface polish.
