As a Staff FedRAMP DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and scalable infrastructure to support next-generation cybersecurity solutions. You will work across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments, building CI/CD pipelines and automating deployments to ensure high-quality, compliant product delivery. This role involves close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including developers, cryptographers, and ML experts to integrate cutting-edge technologies into operational systems. You will play a key role in achieving FedRAMP compliance, maintaining infrastructure security best practices, and developing tools to streamline operational workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is comfortable handling complex technical challenges while contributing to strategic infrastructure planning. This position requires U.S. citizenship or eligibility for a government security clearance.
Accountabilities:
· Design, build, and maintain scalable and fault-tolerant cloud and on-premise infrastructure.
· Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines, automation scripts, and tooling to support development and deployment.
· Collaborate with developers, cryptographers, and other cross-functional teams to integrate research advancements into production systems.
· Ensure infrastructure meets security, compliance (FedRAMP), and operational standards.
· Maintain concise documentation and implement best practices for continuous delivery and monitoring.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
Requirements
· U.S. citizenship and/or eligibility for government security clearance.
· Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native services.
· Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and other infrastructure-as-code tools.
· Strong scripting skills and expertise in building large-scale distributed systems.
· Experience designing, automating, and managing CI/CD pipelines.
· Knowledge of IT security best practices and compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
· Ability to work in small, fast-paced teams and adapt to fluid, rapidly changing requirements.
