• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.
• Architect robust, maintainable solutions that align with business requirements and support long-term platform evolution.
• Integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance, fostering high-quality code and mentoring junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Monitor application performance and implement optimizations across both backend and frontend layers.
• Participate in Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.

• Minimum 8 years of professional software engineering experience with a proven track record of delivering complex software solutions.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with experience building RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with React and frontend web technologies, including modern workflows and state management.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including cloud-native technologies, containers, serverless, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented design, and scalable system architecture.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, automated testing, deployment tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes), and monitoring/observability.
• Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) and database optimization.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support research, debugging, coding, and deployment of solutions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and guide teams.

• Competitive base salary reflecting experience, qualifications, and location ($216,000—$224,250 USD for National Average Zone).
