Job Overview

As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a key role in our Finance team, supporting month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance. You’ll work with large datasets, collaborate cross-functionally, and help drive process improvements in a dynamic SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Support accounts receivable/payable and revenue recognition (ASC 606)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors
• Contribute to system enhancements and process automation initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4–6 years of accounting experience (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) and accounting software
• Experience working with large datasets and cross-functional teams
• Public accounting experience is a plus
