This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr. Vascular Clinical Specialist in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of clinical expertise, medical technology, and field-based customer support, focused on advancing outcomes in vascular care. You will work directly with physicians, nurses, and hospital teams to provide hands-on procedural support, education, and technical guidance across a broad portfolio of vascular therapies. The position plays a critical role in ensuring safe and effective use of advanced medical devices during complex procedures, while also strengthening long-term clinical partnerships. Operating in fast-paced clinical environments, you will support high-acuity cases and contribute to improved patient outcomes through real-time expertise. In addition to procedural support, you will help drive adoption of therapies through training, education programs, and data-driven clinical insights. This is a highly mobile, field-based role requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for improving healthcare delivery.

Accountabilities:
  • Provide advanced clinical and technical support during vascular procedures, including peripheral arterial disease, venous disease, embolization, carotid interventions, and related therapies, ensuring safe and effective product use.
  • Deliver on-site education and training to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff through in-services, case support, and clinical demonstrations.
  • Partner with sales teams and clinical leadership to support business objectives, including case coverage, inventory coordination, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage and monitor hospital inventory activities, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, consignment tracking, and optimization of stock levels.
  • Support procedural coverage on a flexible, on-call basis, including short-notice case support for critical interventions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, field service, and clinical teams to gather customer feedback and support product improvements and therapy adoption.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and clinical teams, to strengthen long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or associate degree with 6+ years, or high school diploma with 8+ years in healthcare, clinical support, or medical device environments.
  • Strong knowledge of vascular procedures, medical terminology, and clinical workflows, ideally with cath lab or interventional experience.
  • Experience supporting field-based clinical cases or hospital-based procedural environments.
  • Solid understanding of customer engagement in healthcare settings, with the ability to educate and influence clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinical, sales, and operational teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively (50%+), including domestic travel and hospital-based environments.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary (approx. $80,000 USD) plus eligibility for incentive compensation through a sales incentive plan.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions and matching.
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and additional leave programs.
  • Life, disability, and accident insurance coverage.
  • Employee stock purchase plan and additional financial wellness programs.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development support.
  • Wellness programs and employee assistance resources.
