In this role, you will be critical in developing and executing strategic account plans for targeted regional pharmacy accounts. You will build and maintain meaningful relationships with stakeholders to optimize product access and support brand growth. Your insights will help align customer-centric solutions with the company’s strategic priorities, all while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account-specific business plans.
  • Build and sustain strategic relationships with stakeholders.
  • Implement approved contracting strategies for optimized account performance.
  • Analyze and monitor account performance to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts to improve access.
  • Provide actionable insights on market dynamics and trends.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align account strategies.
  • Communicate regularly with leadership regarding business performance.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with 8+ years of sales experience.
  • Master's Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships with pharmacy accounts.
  • Proven experience managing complex accounts in a defined region.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and market access landscapes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market and performance data.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data tools for decision-making.
  • Ability to succeed in collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
