This role is focused on owning and expanding high-impact, enterprise-level employer partnerships within a mission-driven environment centered on improving access to mental health care. You will be responsible for managing Tier 1 accounts, shaping long-term engagement strategies, and ensuring strong adoption and utilization across large organizations. Acting as the commercial lead for your portfolio, you will navigate complex stakeholder environments and build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers. The role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and relationship management skills. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive measurable outcomes and long-term partnership success. This is a highly visible position where your work directly contributes to improving employee mental health access and engagement at scale.
Accountabilities- Own and grow a portfolio of Tier 1 enterprise employer partnerships, ensuring long-term engagement, retention, and utilization.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to complex organizational structures and multiple stakeholders.
- Lead executive-level conversations, including business reviews and strategic alignment discussions with senior decision-makers.
- Act as the commercial owner of your accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion and deeper partnership value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure successful execution of account strategies and client outcomes.
- Analyze account performance data and leverage insights to optimize engagement and drive measurable impact.
- Manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, ensuring alignment across various internal and external decision-makers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, or strategic partnership roles.
- Proven track record managing enterprise or strategic accounts with performance-based growth or retention metrics.
- 4+ years of experience working with large organizations (3,000+ employees) and multi-stakeholder environments.
- Experience leading strategic planning, account strategy development, or executive business reviews.
- Strong ability to influence and align senior stakeholders, including executive-level partners.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM or data tools to guide account strategy.
- Preferred: experience in healthcare, digital health, or employer/health plan/broker ecosystems.
- Preferred: experience in high-growth startup environments with evolving processes.
- Preferred: experience mentoring junior team members or supporting account teams.
