This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality HR service support across complex employee benefits and HR operations in a fast-paced, global environment. You will act as a subject matter expert for HR inquiries, ensuring accurate guidance, compliance with policies, and seamless employee experience across multiple HR processes. The position requires strong analytical ability and attention to detail, particularly when resolving sensitive compensation, payroll, and benefits-related issues. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Tax, and HR Centers of Excellence, to ensure operational accuracy and service excellence. In addition to issue resolution, you will contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing to elevate overall HR service delivery. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in structured, service-driven environments with a strong focus on accuracy and employee support.
Accountabilities:- Provide expert-level support on complex HR and benefits-related inquiries, ensuring compliance with global HR policies and business processes.
- Oversee and support payroll and compensation-related issue resolution in coordination with Payroll and Tax teams.
- Manage sensitive HR transactions including terminations, leave of absence cases, and data integrity audits with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Partner with HR Service Delivery and Centers of Excellence to resolve escalated issues and support policy interpretation and application.
- Maintain and distribute updated knowledge on HR processes, policies, and procedures to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support implementation and rollout of new HR services, systems, and process improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and guide Tier 1 support teams and new hires to strengthen understanding of complex HR processes and service standards.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HR service centers, benefits administration, or related HR support roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and benefits or payroll operations.
- Experience working with data analysis, HR systems, and reporting tools to ensure accuracy and process efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex HR issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain policies clearly and handle sensitive employee situations professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Strong collaboration skills with experience working across cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to data integrity.
