And it is only by uncovering these truths that we can make real, meaningful progress.</p></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">The Sr. Specialist, Business Growth will work closely with the Global Marketing leadership to help run and advance&nbsp;<strong>We.</strong>’s U.S. proactive growth program.</p><p>This role will serve as a key partner in turning proactive growth strategy into consistent action across the agency. The Sr. Specialist will support <strong>We.</strong>’s sector and service teams in identifying, researching, engaging and nurturing priority prospects, while helping ensure proactive opportunities continue moving forward over time.</p><p>The role will support proactive activity across priority target accounts, thought leadership and research launches, owned events, webinars, conferences and other moments that create opportunities to build relationships with prospective clients. This includes conducting prospect research, managing target lists and CRM data, mapping relationships, identifying timely reasons to engage, supporting outreach and helping project manage nurture plans across teams.</p><h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li><strong>Support the agency’s proactive growth program</strong>, partnering directly with the VP, Global Marketing to translate proactive strategy into clear actions, workstreams and measurable progress.</li><li><strong>Partner with We.’s sector and service teams on priority proactive targets</strong>, helping maintain focused prospect lists, establish next steps and ensure activity continues moving forward across each team’s highest-priority accounts.</li><li><strong>Conduct desktop research on priority prospects</strong> to develop discovery documents, company and executive profiles, competitive context and other materials that help teams better understand prospective clients and identify opportunities for engagement.</li><li><strong>Help develop and manage prospect nurture strategies</strong>, identifying relevant moments, agency content, research, events, news and relationship opportunities that provide meaningful reasons to stay connected with prospects over time.</li><li><strong>Support proactive outreach tied to agency initiatives</strong>, including research and thought leadership launches, owned events, webinars, executive engagement, happy hours and other relationship-building programs.</li><li><strong>Manage proactive prospect tracking and CRM hygiene</strong>, ensuring target accounts, contacts, relationships, outreach activity, next steps and progress through the funnel are accurately captured and maintained.</li><li><strong>Conduct LinkedIn research and relationship mapping</strong> to identify relevant decision-makers, understand existing connections across the agency and uncover potential pathways into priority organizations.</li><li><strong>Project manage proactive activity across teams</strong>, maintaining visibility into where priority prospects stand, following up with internal owners and helping ensure agreed-upon actions happen on time.</li><li><strong>Identify timely opportunities for engagement</strong>, monitoring company announcements, executive moves, business milestones, industry developments and other signals that could create a natural reason for We. to connect with a prospect.</li><li><strong>Own and support internal prospecting intelligence</strong>, including We.’s Movers &amp; Shakers communications highlighting senior job changes, new hires and other relevant developments at priority U.S. companies.</li><li><strong>Support the agency’s proactive conference and events calendar</strong>, helping identify priority conferences and moments, track participation and coordinate prospecting opportunities surrounding key events.</li><li><strong>Support select We.-hosted events and webinars</strong>, including prospect identification, invitation lists, outreach tracking, attendance management and post-event follow-up.</li><li><strong>Maintain proactive prospect and relationship lists</strong> for select sector and service teams, helping teams prioritize where to focus and providing the organization and follow-through required to advance relationships.</li><li><strong>Identify opportunities to strengthen the proactive growth program</strong>, recommending new tools, processes, templates, research approaches or operating rhythms that make the program more efficient and effective.</li></ul><p data-pm-slice="1 1 []"><strong>What Success Looks Like</strong></p><p>Success in this role means We.’s proactive program operates with greater consistency, visibility and momentum. Priority prospects are clearly identified and understood, outreach is thoughtful and timely, relationships are nurtured over time and sector and service leaders have the structure and support they need to keep opportunities progressing toward meaningful business conversations.</p><h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>3-5 years communications industry experience required. Previous experience in business development a plus.</li><li>Strong demonstrated project management skills.</li><li>Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English</li></ul><h3><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></h3><ul><li>PR or marketing experience preferred – ideally in an agency setting.</li><li>Strong customer service orientation, including ability and willingness to pitch in on all aspects of the business process.</li><li>Strong self-starter spirit; ability to respond to shifting priorities and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment with ease and a sense of humor.</li><li>A proven ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple teams and across all levels of the organization.</li></ul><p><em>#LI-DF1</em><br><em>#LI-remote</em></p><p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><span style="font-size: 18px;"><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p><p>The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below.
