Job Summary:
Solentra is seeking an experienced AGRIS QA analyst who can continuously contribute success to our Software Development team. The team develops and maintains a suite of mission critical commercial software applications used by the agricultural businesses. The successful candidate will be an integral part of enhancing our products by taking responsibility for software quality assurance. They will manual test ad hoc products and project specific test scenarios, create user-friendly documentation, demoing product improvements/changes and ensure overall product stability and performance. Overall, the QA Analyst will work closely with Product Management, client engagement, delivery teams, and Development teams to continuously support and enhance our products.

Job Description:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manual Product Testing 70%
- Execute manual tests for ad hoc product and project specific testing.
- Writing of manual test cases as needed.
- Update Project Tracking System.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Client Engagement and Delivery, and Development.
Project Management 5%
- Ensure development project deliverables are met for assigned projects from Statement of Work Signature through Delivery of Project,
- Collaborate in the Statement of Work definition for funded development projects
Demonstration and Documentation of Product Improvements/Changes 15%
- Demonstration of issues with Product Improvements or issues back to Product Management and Development teams.
- Demonstration of product improvements when completed to the Client Engagement and Delivery Team.
- Demonstration of product improvements to Clients
- Internal and External documentation of product improvements/changes
Managing virtual environments and help with automation testing 10% (Backup)
- Managing virtual environments.
- Design and implement effective and thorough automation test scripts to cover new feature testing and regression testing.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience.
- 5 years of testing experience
- Experience working with the Solentra (AGRIS) suite products or in the Agricultura Industry
- Ability to leverage general AI productivity tools to streamline QA workflows and summarize test results
- Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience using AI tools to assist with recording and documenting test cases and refining test scripts
- Exposure to and understanding of automation frameworks
