• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise software solutions using Appian technologies, including process models and reusable components.
• Apply expertise in platform configuration and security models to resolve complex technical issues.
• Develop and support Appian integrations utilizing RESTful services and APIs.
• Contribute to workflow and case management solutions across multiple initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement platform features to improve efficiency and performance.
• Provide technical guidance on Appian best practices and ensure alignment with engineering standards.

• 10+ years of active Appian experience with deep enterprise-wide knowledge.
• Hands-on development experience with Appian platform.
• Experience in Autoscale techniques and high-volume application design.
• Strong understanding of platform security, integrations, and API development.
• Experience in AI Modeling and effective use of Appian AI capabilities.
• Ability to operate in a HIPAA-regulated environment, adhering to compliance and security standards.

• Competitive salary range of $156,600 - $215,400 per year.
