Architect and oversee the end-to-end Qu-native order and delivery infrastructure, enabling direct integration with delivery service providers (DSPs).
Design and validate APIs and backend systems to support store-level configurations (e.g., store hours) and real-time operational workflows.
Lead the architectural collaboration with internal and partner teams to establish robust, integrated sales and menu performance data pipelines.
Serve as the senior liaison between engineering and enterprise client stakeholders to drive alignment on data models, schema design, and ingestion logic.
Resolve transactional discrepancies in coordination with QA, data, and financial reporting teams.
Guide the engineering team on scalable, testable implementations across menus, ordering flows, and integration points.
Deliver rapid iterations during pilot programs and guide architectural decisions during rollout phases.
Support secure API access and credentials management to facilitate external access to Qu data sources.
What we're looking for:
7+ years of engineering experience, with deep expertise in system architecture and distributed systems.
Proven success designing high-volume transactional systems, ideally within food tech, retail, or logistics domains.
Strong knowledge of API design, third-party integrations (e.g., DSPs), and data reliability practices.
Experience working on large-scale data ingestion and reconciliation workflows.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, comfortable leading conversations with external stakeholders and data partners.
Familiarity with POS systems, ordering platforms, and menu configuration logic is a strong plus.
