We’re hiring a Full Desk Recruiter focused on management and executive-level searches in the Southeast U.S. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both business development and candidate engagement - and wants the autonomy of entrepreneurship with the support of a seasoned team.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Development: Grow a client base in retail automotive by marketing our search services to dealer principals, HR, and C-level leaders in the Southeast.

  • Recruitment: Source and place top management and executive talent using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, HireEZ, and PCR.

  • Business Development: Drive new business through cold calls, emails, networking, and follow-up on leads.

  • Search Management: Manage multiple searches, maintain client and candidate relationships, and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.

What You Bring:

  • Proven business development success on retained or hybrid searches

  • Someone currently working in a recruiting firm or running their own solo practice who wants more support, structure, and freedom - without the pressure of micromanagement.

  • Strong business development skills - you’re someone who can hit the ground running, backed by daily support and coaching.

  • Preferably based in or with strong connections to the Southeast (FL, GA, TN, NC, SC, VA) to better connect with clients.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset - someone who thrives in autonomy and wants a career, not a job.
