<h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">PandaDoc is seeking a highly talented and motivated Sr. Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Revenue Operations team to support our GTM organization. We are seeking a process-driven and technical expert to up-level our marketing engine architecture, optimize our marketing tech stack, and business processes. You will get to work directly with senior leaders within PandaDoc to advance our marketing operations capabilities and achieve real business outcomes. As a Sr. Marketing Operations Manager, you will continuously strategize on the best way to mature our operations and lead strategic projects from start to finish. The team you will be on is key in the support of company revenue goals and funnel health.</span></h4><h2><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h2><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be part of the larger centralized Revenue Operations team building and guiding our revenue engine for scale</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Help build and optimize a robust tech stack for our revenue team (primarily, Hubspot, SFDC, LeanData, Drift, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Fullcircle, Zoom Webinar, Demandbase)</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with Marketing Leadership and Director of Marketing Operations to optimize results for revenue-positive marketing programs and campaigns</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with our Data Science team to build lead scoring and lead lifecycle systems to optimize lead distribution for sales</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Use data insights to proactively identify gaps in the marketing funnel and surface opportunities</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Perform in-depth analysis for major new marketing initiatives and programs: identify trends, solve problems and report results</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with Sales leadership and Sales Operations to ensure best in class response to top of funnel</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Identify, scope and build business cases for new capabilities required to scale: People, Process, and Tools</span></li></ul><h2><strong>About you:</strong></h2><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">5+ years of relevant Revenue/Marketing Operations experience at a scale-up SaaS company</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience executing multi-channel marketing and PLG strategies and aligning various stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to shared pipeline goals</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to execute marketing operations concepts including workflow management, segmentation, reporting, and managing lead lifecycle</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience building marketing technology stacks and integrating tools to support business objectives</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hands on experience as a marketing automation platform architect, and practitioner</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Deep knowledge in various performance marketing and demand generation channels (SEM, SEO, display, Content marketing, Review websites, Retargeting, Email, Offline, etc.)</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong project management and organizational skills, ability to balance multiple project and deliverables</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Highly analytical and able to translate complex data into simple insights</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excel/Sheets power user comfortable manipulating large sets of data</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Creative problem-solver who can manage multiple projects with ease and finesse</span></li></ul><h2><strong>Company Overview:&nbsp;</strong></h2><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">PandaDoc empowers more than 50,000 growing organizations to thrive by taking the work out of document workflow.
