This role is essential in coordinating and managing marketing programs within a fast-paced, regulated environment. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional collaboration primarily between marketing and review teams to ensure all promotional content adheres to compliance standards. By effectively managing multiple projects simultaneously, this position will greatly impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ultimately enhancing healthcare access and equity. Accountabilities
  • Create, submit, and manage content within the document control system (Veeva/PromoMats) to support on-time project delivery.
  • Assign reviewers and route materials through established review workflows.
  • Track review progress and communicate status updates to content owners.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to improve communication and process efficiency.
  • Balance multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to peers regarding submission requirements.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in project management or coordination.
  • Functional knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and learn new concepts.
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry, such as medical devices or healthcare.
  • Knowledge of Veeva/PromoMats and Workfront project management tool.
