This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

You Will:

  • Design and Optimize National Last-Mile Delivery Network
Build and scale a high-performance transportation network tailored to DTC prescription delivery, ensuring fast, reliable, and cost efficient service to patients across all U.S. regions. Drive continuous improvement in speed, cost, and performance.

  • Own Delivery KPIs and Performance Metrics
Partner with supply chain analytics teams to monitor and report on critical supply chain and last mile metrics metrics including on-time delivery rate, cold-chain compliance, delivery success rate (first-attempt), damage/loss, and customer satisfaction. Use data to drive continuous improvement of last mile and supply chain processes and to ensure executive alignment.

  • Deploy Technology to Improve Routing, Visibility & Automation
Partner with product management teams to develop and implement transportation management systems (TMS), dynamic route planning tools, real-time tracking integrations, and other related technologies to improve last mile performance and customer experience.

  • Establish and Manage High-Performing Carrier & Last Mile Delivery Partnerships
Source and manage national and regional last-mile carriers, including those specializing in healthcare or cold-chain. Negotiate contracts, enforce SLAs, conduct QBRs, and escalate/resolution performance issues with urgency and accountability.

  • Lead Incident Management, Risk Mitigation, and Business Continuity
Develop playbooks for delivery disruptions including weather delays, carrier outages, or fulfillment backlogs. Maintain redundancy in carrier networks and proactively communicate risk to internal stakeholders and external partners.

  • Ensure Regulatory and Privacy Compliance
Develop and maintain transportation protocols that adhere to applicable HIPAA, FDA, and DEA standards. Oversee secure delivery, proof-of-delivery protocols, and any required identity verification workflows to protect patient data and medication integrity.

Lead Cross-Functional Logistics Initiatives
Partner across teams (e.g. pharmacy operations, fulfillment, supply chain, etc… ) to design, implement, and execute cross functional initiatives including but not limited to product launches, international expansion, regulatory exercises and more.

You Have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent experience
