Sr. Program Manager, Solution Coordination

We are seeking a Program Manager to manage the product lifecycle processes for large cross-functional Provider Programs and drive towards successful product launches. 

This is a pivotal role that works on multiple programs and coordinates efforts across the company – product management, sales, marketing, engineering, operations, and others – to ensure teams are aligned and working towards aligned goals and milestones for big bet initiatives. The key success for this role is measured by smooth product launches and positive impact in the market. • 8+ years of experience managing large cross-functional initiatives from inception to launch
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or Communications or a certification in Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
• 5+ years of Program Management within a healthcare SaaS environment.
• Experience working within a Project Management Office, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Operations areas
• Experience describing features and/or system details and communicating technical information effectively.
• Expert-level communication skills with experience presenting to senior executive audiences
• Strong understanding of SaaS business model and Product lifecycle development processes
• Working experience with Product Plan, Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile software development tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – Office, Visio, Excel, Project, and others
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members
• Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role.

The base salary range for this US-based, full-time, and exempt position is $130,000-140,000/yr, not including variable compensation. An employee’s exact starting salary will be based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, location, and the ability to exemplify the HHAeXchange core values.
