This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of iZeno. We are currently looking for a Sr. Professional Services Consultant - Unified Communications in United States.

In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert, leading the design, implementation, and delivery of advanced unified communications solutions. You will work directly with clients to assess requirements, build tailored architectures, and ensure smooth deployments that meet business goals. The position requires both deep technical expertise and strong consulting skills to guide clients through the full lifecycle of solutions. You will be a key partner in ensuring seamless integration, knowledge transfer, and long-term satisfaction while contributing to best practices and process improvements. This is a client-facing role where technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication excellence are essential.

Accountabilities

  • Lead solution design, planning, implementation, validation, and documentation of unified communications projects.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through requirements gathering, proof of concepts, and tailored deployments.
  • Deliver comprehensive consulting, including knowledge transfer, assessments, health checks, performance testing, and capacity planning.
  • Develop and refine standards for scoping, documentation, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Mentor team members, fostering collaboration and sharing expertise across the practice.
  • Manage client engagements in coordination with project management teams, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening, trust-building, and expectation management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Cisco Unified Communications solutions, including design, implementation, and support.
  • Strong background in Cisco technologies: Unified Communications Manager, WebEx (Control Hub, Calling, Contact Center, Teams), UCCX/UCCE, messaging, and PBX integration.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Voice, with additional knowledge of AudioCodes preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCIE Collaboration, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, CCNP Enterprise, or CCNP Collaboration.
  • Proven consulting experience with the ability to assess needs, design tailored solutions, and deliver high-quality client outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel nationally as required.
