We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Sr. Product Manager to lead initiatives that accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention at scale. In this role, you will define product roadmaps, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams. You will leverage analytics, user research, and growth experiments to drive measurable results, while creating seamless and engaging experiences for millions of users. Accountabilities

·         Define product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives to achieve user acquisition, engagement, and retention goals.

·         Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to optimize onboarding flows, engagement features, and conversion rates.

·         Analyze user behavior, market insights, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities and measure impact.

·         Lead a growth-focused squad including engineering, design, data science, and marketing to deliver scalable solutions.

·         Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create integrated growth strategies.

·         Communicate product vision, strategy, and outcomes to stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

·         4+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager with a record of delivering impactful results.

·         Experience managing mobile digital consumer products at scale.

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems and define clear goals and metrics.

·         Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders across engineering, design, and marketing.

·         Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment and clarity on strategy and initiatives.

·         Passion for health, fitness, and helping users achieve meaningful goals.
