We believe that mental health is just as important as physical health. We recognize that mental health issues can be complex and multifaceted, and we are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms.

We aim to create a world where mental health is no longer stigmatized or marginalized, but rather is embraced as an integral part of one's overall well-being.

We believe that by providing quality care that is both evidence-based and compassionate, we can empower individuals to take charge of their mental health and achieve their full potential. We are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues and we strive to be a force for positive change in the field of mental healthcare.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile Sr. Product Designer to join our Patient design team. The Patient team is responsible for creating workflows that help patients get access to essential mental health services and ensure match quality with their provider. We are looking for a Product Design candidate who is passionate about crafting thoughtful, user-centered solutions to complex problems, with a focus on efficiency, usability, and patient access to care.

As a Sr. Product Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and functionality of products that help patients navigate the mental health services landscape. Your expertise will help create intuitive, efficient, and seamless experiences for patients, ensuring that access to mental health services is as simple and stress-free as possible.

We’re looking for a designer who combines user research, prototyping, and deep customer empathy with a focus on design craft to build meaningful experiences that empower patients. This role is product design-focused with an emphasis on improving workflows, user experience, and system-wide consistency.

We believe in creating a work environment where designers can focus on high-impact projects while maintaining a positive work-life balance. You’ll spend the majority of your time focused on our top 1-2 priorities for the Patient design team, and we will actively prevent role scope creep.
