This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Fintech Foundation team. We’re responsible for optimizing pricing for all ancillary products we sell, balancing customer demand with the financial risks we take on. We help our product teams deliver new fintech products to market faster, respond rapidly to changing market conditions, run continuous champion-challenger testing on product construction levers, and maintain our growing portfolio of pricing models across dozens of partners.Â
As a pricing analyst you will play a key role in driving the growth of our fintech business across dozens of partners through analyzing key performance metrics and drilling down to gain insight into opportunities for improvement.Â
You will be a key business partner to product managers and revenue leaders, helping them understand product performance and experiment results, as well as identifying areas of opportunity in pricing and product construction
You will support the development and maintenance of key reporting tools, ensuring data quality and integrity. While you will not be responsible for creating data pipelines, the ability to understand and diagnose data issues within one is highly preferred.
What would your day-to-day look like:
Track product performance and trends; deep dive on unexpected behavior
Support ad hoc analytic and data requests from product teams
Build dashboards to analyze general product performance as well as monitor specific A/B experiments
Grow use of our data platform through data quality improvements, documentation and push to self-service
An ideal candidate has:
Deeply curious with strong problem solving ability, critical thinking and attention to detail
Highly quantitative with experience of SQL, Google Sheets/Excel, pivot tables, reporting tools like Looker or Tableau.
Strong business understanding of financial metrics
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
