This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Partner Operations Manager based in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and optimize strategic partner relationships within a fast-growing healthcare technology environment. The Sr. Partner Operations Manager will serve as the operational owner for a portfolio of external partnerships, ensuring seamless execution across implementations, integrations, billing, reporting, and ongoing account operations. You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to solve complex challenges, improve processes, and strengthen partner success. This position requires strong operational discipline, analytical thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive meaningful business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the day-to-day operational execution for an assigned portfolio of partner relationships, including configurations, integrations, file feeds, billing processes, and reporting activities.
  • Lead implementations and operational initiatives for new and existing partners, coordinating internal resources to ensure commitments and timelines are successfully met.
  • Manage partner escalations from identification through resolution, collaborating with teams such as Sales, Product, Client Operations, Data Operations, and Customer Success when needed.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partner stakeholders and ensure strong communication throughout the partnership lifecycle.
  • Prepare and deliver partner business reviews, providing insights into performance, opportunities, risks, and operational improvements.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify potential issues early, improve workflows, and maintain high-quality partner experiences.
  • Analyze operational data, synthesize findings, and communicate recommendations clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build trust-based relationships with partners and customers through proactive communication, accountability, and effective problem-solving.
  • Exercise sound judgment when prioritizing issues, resolving challenges independently, and determining when escalation is required.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing complex operational workflows for external partners, clients, or vendors, including areas such as billing, integrations, data exchanges, file feeds, or similar systems-based processes.
  • Proven ability to manage external-facing relationships as an ongoing responsibility, with direct accountability for partner or client success.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a track record of driving initiatives from planning through completion.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to collaborate across technical and business teams.
  • High initiative, strong ownership mindset, and the ability to identify opportunities and take action without requiring detailed direction.
  • Experience supporting implementations, account operations, partner programs, or customer success initiatives is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare, health plans, digital health, benefits ecosystems, or related industries is a plus.
  • Experience working with billing processes, technical integrations, or operational systems in a partner-facing role is highly valued.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual compensation range of $114,517 - $179,955, including base salary, variable compensation, and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life and accidental death & dismemberment insurance.
  • Financial advisory services and supplemental insurance benefits.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Equity opportunities.
  • Flexible paid time off policy and paid company holidays.
  • Parental leave benefits.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Flexible working hours and remote-first work environment.
  • Access to digital therapy resources for employees and their families.
  • Opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions with meaningful impact.
