As a key member of the Americas team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing a strategic alliance with our strategic partners.What you can expect to do:<ul><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and establish strategic partnerships with Private Equity and Venture Capital firms.Drive successful client referrals to G-P by closing, managing, and empowering partners.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conceive, implement, and enhance collaborative marketing initiatives, including webinars, events, email communications, and content dissemination</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate effectively, set real expectations and reliably complete agreed deliverables.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Organize and manage campaigns within the partnership program, with clear directions and details around features and benefits.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Train and enable partners creating a high level of awareness on current and future developments to our tech-enabled solutions.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate and work directly with stakeholders within the organization including Sales, Marketing, Legal and Finance experts globally.</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have 5-7+ years of experience in any form of partnership role.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have a strong understanding of the private equity landscape and are well-connected.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated proficiency in both oral and written English, along with robust research capabilities, is required.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You are an active relationship builder who can consistently collaborate with internal and external teams to improve processes and communication workflows.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Prior experience working with an HR or FinTech company.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Fast-growing startup experience</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience building strong partnerships with senior business stakeholders and working cross-functionally with a direct sales organization.</li><li style="color: rgb(40, 40, 40); font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data-driven, analytical and research-oriented</li></ul>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants who meet the inherent requirements for the position.
