About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Systems Administrator to join our IT Department at Secura Bio. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively between the organization and its Managed Service Provider (MSP), while also providing high-touch IT support to executive leadership and VIP stakeholders. This role combines strategic vendor management, executive relationship building, and technical coordination to ensure seamless IT operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary point of contact and relationship manager for MSP partnership. Coordinate escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues
- Provide dedicated IT support to C-suite and executive leadership
- Assist the help desk and other teams with troubleshooting to identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for MSP delivery
- Coordinate major IT projects and initiatives between internal teams and MSP
- Facilitate communication between end-users and MSP support teams
- Participate in technology strategic planning and roadmap development
- Manage internal IT communications and change management initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for complex or sensitive IT issues
- Manage IT budgeting, vendor selection, and contracts to ensure operational and fiscal excellence.
- Manage device lifecycle and asset management programs across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability scans, and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data flows between field systems, analytics platforms, and enterprise tools.
- Microsoft 365 Administration:
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot.
- Assist in configuring security policies, conditional access, and compliance settings within Microsoft 365.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services and user access issues.
- Assist in licensing and user provisioning within Microsoft 365.
- Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and document libraries.
- Manage SharePoint permissions, workflows, and security settings.
- Work with stakeholders to enhance SharePoint functionality and usability.
- Provide end-user training and documentation for SharePoint solutions.
- Collaborate with departments to automate manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in IT management, vendor relations, or client services
- Previous experience managing MSP relationships or IT vendor partnerships
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and business applications
- Knowledge of MSP service models and IT service management frameworks (ITIL)
- Understanding of cloud services, cybersecurity, and modern workplace technologies
- Previous experience working in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
