This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape how an organization measures and communicates the value of its platform across the healthcare revenue cycle. The Sr. Manager, Value Analytics will lead a high-performing team to develop data-driven insights that inform strategic and operational decisions. You will define analytics strategy, build compelling narratives from complex datasets, and partner with senior leaders across product, operations, and commercial functions. This role blends advanced analytics, storytelling, and team leadership, providing direct impact on revenue optimization, operational efficiency, and market differentiation. It’s ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, revenue cycle management, and using data to drive measurable business outcomes.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute the values analytics roadmap, defining key metrics and reporting frameworks to measure product and service impact.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of value analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversee advanced analytics projects, including predictive modeling, trend analysis, and operational performance measurement.
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into analytical projects, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ensure data integrity, accessibility, and reliability through collaboration with data platform teams and promotion of scalable analytics infrastructure.
- Create compelling narratives and visualizations to communicate complex healthcare and revenue cycle insights to executives and stakeholders.
- Advocate for analytics process improvements and adoption of new tools to enhance the team’s capabilities and output.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical roles.
- 3+ years of experience in people management, leading and developing a team of data professionals.
- Proven expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and understanding of healthcare billing and collections processes.
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and challenge status quo while structuring analytical solutions.
- Nice-to-have: Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python; experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Competitive salary range: $182,750–$215,000 in CA, NY, NJ, CT, WA; $164,500–$193,500 elsewhere (equity eligible).
